Production-EU-001 Maintenance March 1, 2026
Broadcom will be performing a scheduled maintenance of Automic SaaS Production-EU-001 instance. This maintenance will include infrastructure and application updates and will be performed on March 1, 2026 from 14:00 to 16:00 UTC.
Impact
Access to Automic SaaS will not be available for the duration of the infrastructure maintenance. Once the infrastructure upgrade is completed, the application upgrade will proceed using the Zero Downtime Upgrade (ZDU) process. During this phase, agents and users may experience brief reconnections.
Action Required
Review the details below to determine any specific impacts this update will have on your functionality:
- Please stop the clients prior to the maintenance to prevent any interruptions in workload executions. Otherwise, they will be stopped and resumed once the infrastructure maintenance is completed.
- During the application upgrade, we may contact you to perform specific activities such as:
- Disconnecting specific agents
- Perform Job cleanup activities
