Arcot experienced some latency while processing EMV 3DS transactions. Our internal teams were quick to respond and took the necessary recovery actions to restore the service.
Impact: Cardholders may have experienced some increased latency during the transaction authentication process. If 'Attempts' processing was not available for these transactions, it's possible that they may have been prompted for another payment method.
