We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.
Our service provider has implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
Our SMS service provider is currently experiencing issues with SMS delivery. The cause of this issue has been identified and a fix is being developed.
As a workaround, based on individual customer configuration, voice, push or manual security code options can be used. We will provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.
