Our investigation has determined that the issue with third-party restrictions is related to the local upstream vendors. The filtering, restrictions applied, that takes place is solely done by the local upstream vendors and this type of filtering is not being handled WSS.
WSS in the Shanghai (SHA1) Data center is performing as expected. Therefore, this issue is considered as resolved and this is the last update.
As of 08:00 UTC some customers connecting via Shanghai (SHA1) Data Center may experience that third-party restrictions are not applied. We are aware of the issue and are working on identifying the cause. Updates will be provided as new information becomes available.
