We have identified the cause of the issue with an internal service component which impacted inbound traffic (AREQs) from 1724 GMT to 1733 GMT. We have not noticed a subsequent decrease in inbound traffic.

The issue will now be marked as resolved.

We noticed an decrease in EMV3DS traffic from 1724 GMT to 1733 GMT. We are investigating this with our networking team and will provide an update in 30 minutes.
