Hi,
No more AReq timeouts have been observed since 20:27 GMT. We will continue to pursue the investigation with Mastercard as this appears to be an issue on their side.
Hi,
We are observing intermittent timeouts for AReq being sent to Mastercard Directory Server (DS). Issue start time appears to be 19:52 GMT. Requests to other scheme DS are working fine.
We are getting in touch with Mastercard to have this investigated further.
