Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing maintenance of Email Quarantine NAM Infrastructure beginning June 11, 2022, starting at 03:30 UTC, for a duration of 8 hours. As part of this maintenance, we will be updating application certificates.
Impact
During the maintenance period, Symantec Email Quarantine Portal will not be available and emails directed to the quarantine will be queued. These emails will be delivered to the quarantine after the maintenance has been completed. Quarantine summary notifications/digest emails will then be resumed.
Email Security scanning and mail traffic delivery will not be interrupted and all other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
