The scheduled maintenance in Singapore is complete. Customers that normally connect to the Singapore data center should direct their ipsec tunnels back to the Singapore data center
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
Network maintenance will occur in our Singapore data center on January 23, 2019, that is expected to last up to 3 hours.
Impact During the maintenance window there will be 2 network outages of up to 10 minutes each.
Required Action IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) prior to the maintenance
