Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your Production Clarity SaaS applications. Performance of all environments may be degraded during the entire duration of the maintenance.
Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.
Action Required:
In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:
Pause all scheduled Jobs, Interfaces, and Reports
Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window
After maintenance is complete:
Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
Resume all paused schedules
