We are aware of customers who may have faced issues logging into the Cloud Portals for the following products between 18:10 and and 18:55 UTC today:

  • Symantec Endpoint Security Enterprise
  • Symantec Endpoint Security Complete
  • Cloud Workload Assurance
  • Cloud Workload Protection

Our internal teams have applied a fix and customers should be able to login to the above Cloud Portals. There was no impact to protection services and all other aspects of the service remained operational.

We will monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as more information becomes available.
