A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.

We are continuing to investigate this issue and have engaged our Platform provider.

We are currently investigating an issue where few customers are experiencing connection issues between the on-premise monitoring servers and ASM.

We are investigating this issue with priority and updates will be provided when new information becomes available.

All other aspects of our service remains functional.
