On February 17, 2022 between approximately 10:15 UTC and 12:54 UTC, a subset of customers may have experienced server errors with Content Analysis Server (CAS) whilst downloading the antivirus patterns and signatures.

The cause of this issue has been addressed and the service is restored. No other aspect of the product was impacted during the incident.
