We have resolved the cause of the issue affecting the setting up off SSH connections for a small subset of US-based customers

Investigating

We are aware that a small subset of US-based customers are experiencing issues with setting up SSH connections and deploying new connectors.

We are currently investigating the issue and will post a further update as the investigation progresses.

Please note that no other Symantec Secure Access Cloud functionality is affected.
