Arcot monitoring detected a slight lower incoming transactions from card schemes between 0848 GMT to 0911 GMT on 5 December 2025. Our internal teams and vendors were engaged. There was no recovery action taken from Arcot while Arcot is also checking more details from its vendor.
Impact: Transaction processing might have experienced an increased latency with the Arcot ACS resulting in increased directory server timeouts and Incomplete, or Unavailable Authentications. The cardholders might have experienced failures in attempting to make purchases.
