We have resolved the previously reported concern with the Zurich data center and normal performance has been restored. This will be the final update for this incident.

Investigating

The Zurich data center is currently unavailable. Customer connections to the Zurich data center were redirected to another geographically close data center. We are investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.

IPSec connected customers are requested to bring up their secondary tunnel (if configured) while we work towards resolving this incident.
