Broadcom is pleased to announce enhancements being made to the Broadcom Support Portal / Case Management Search and Chatbot functionality coming March 16 & March 23, 2026.

With the growing industry focus on artificial intelligence and the potential benefits with adopting this technology, we are excited to offer improved search functionality throughout your online support experience. Benefits will include:

  • Elevate the intelligence and responsiveness of external chatbots and search by migrating to next-generation AI services for question, answer and agentic AI workflows.
  • Align customer chat and search result experience by leveraging the same platform, driving increased self-help and reducing customer requirements to open cases.

March 16, 2026

The Broadcom Support Portal Search and Chatbot Search functionality will be mitigated. During the weekend prior to go-live (March 14 - March 15) please expect impacts to the current search functionality as we update our systems.

March 23, 2026

The Broadcom Case Management Search functionality will be migrated. During the weekend prior to go-live (March 21 - March 22) please expect impacts to the current case management search functionality as we update our systems. You can utilize the search found at https://support.broadcom.com during the migration window.
