While we continue to monitor the service out of abundance of caution, we have narrowed this down to a situation that is affecting a subset of our Issuers and appears to be restricted to a subset of regions. Hence, we are reaching out to the impacted Issuers directly to troubleshoot this jointly with them. We confirm that there is no wider service impact based on current assessment of this problem.

We confirm that the transaction failure (status Unavailable) is impacting a subset of Issuers. We continue to work with our network providers to further restore the services for these impacted issuers. We are continuing to monitor the transaction success rate closely and we have our network team engaged on this incident. The transaction success rate shows improvement for both 1.x and EMV3DS transactions. We shall get back to you with the next update by 0430 GMT.

Our internal team have made required changes on our network side and post this we notice that the transaction success rate has improved for both 1.x and EMV3DS transactions. We are closely monitoring the transactions at this point and we shall get back to you with an update by 0330 GMT.

We are noticing higher than usual transaction failures with status Unavailable. This is impacting both 1.x and EMV3DS transactions. We have engaged our internal team who are working on resolving this issue and we shall get back to you with an update by 0230 GMT.
