Service Availability: During the duration of the maintenance window customers can expect intermittent CA Business Intelligence JasperReports Server (Jaspersoft) service disruption. Although the duration of this maintenance is scheduled for 8 hours, we anticipate this maintenance to be shorter. You will be notified upon completion.
Details: In an effort to address recently identified Apache Log4j 2 (CVE-2021-44228) vulnerability with Jaspersoft, the Clarity SaaS team took the necessary steps to mitigate the vulnerability as part of the December 13th, 2021 maintenance window.
In the finalization of the same effort, the Clarity SaaS team will be upgrading Jaspersoft’s Apache Log4j 2 library to version 2.16.0 during this maintenance window.
