The root cause of today's AppView disruption has been identified, and a corrected update has been deployed. The AppView service continues to operate normally.
At approximately 18:30 UTC, an update was deployed to PVC systems which impacted AppView tests running on the majority of our global web monitors. Service was fully restored by 18:55 UTC. AppView tests from other sources (e.g. physical appliances) were not impacted.
We are investigating the cause of this failure, and sincerely apologize for the resulting service interruption.
