We have resolved the issue and restored the service back to normal performance.

The issue with Device Services is now resolved.

Cb Defense 06 Event Processing is still in a degraded state. Cb Defense 06 Backend may take longer than normal to process latest events uploaded from an endpoint by Cb Defense 06 Sensor. Events and/or Alerts in Cb Defense 06 Dashboard may populate with a delay.

Description: Device Services Unavailable - Connection from Cb Defense 06 Sensor to Cb Defense 06 Backend may be unavailable or fail intermittently. Cb Defense 06 Sensor may be unable to upload latest events from an endpoint, look up reputation of a new file or receive a configuration change from Cb Defense 06 Backend.

Event Processing Degradation - Cb Defense 06 Backend may take longer than normal to process latest events uploaded from an endpoint by Cb Defense 06 Sensor. Events and/or Alerts in Cb Defense 06 Dashboard may populate with a delay.

Security Impact: Device Services Unavailable - Detection and Prevention capabilities of Cb Defense 06 may be temporarily weakened, depending on policy settings, until normal operation of Device Services is restored.

Event Processing Degradation - Detection and Prevention capabilities of Cb Defense 06 may be temporarily weakened, depending on policy settings, until normal operation of Event Processing is restored.
