Shanghai Data Center Degraded Performance
We have not seen a recurrence of performance issues and the service via Shanghai data center is fully operational. This will be the final update for this incident.
We have resolved the previously reported concern with the Shanghai data center and normal performance has been restored. We are closely monitoring the data center performance.
Customer connections to the Shanghai data center may experience degraded performance. We are currently investigating the issue and will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
