Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.
The Symantec Web Security Service Team will be decommissioning the New York (EWR1) data center. This data center will be replaced with a new data center (EWR2), also in New York, which will be announced in the coming weeks. The last day the EWR1 VIP will be available for use is August 20, 2019. Customers will be instructed to reconfigure their connections to use the EWR2 VIP when it is announced.
Connections relying on DNS, Symantec's Cloud Traffic Controller or Proxy connections to proxy.threatpulse.net will automatically be switched over to use EWR2 two weeks after the new VIP is announced.
