Symantec is performing scheduled maintenance of Email Security.Cloud Customer portal ClientNet beginning May 28, 2022 at 03:00 UTC for a duration of 9 hours.


During the maintenance period ClientNet, Customer and Partner API will not be available. All other aspects of our services will function as normal.

Work Items:

  • Data Feeds option in ClientNet not showing as enabled after saving it.
  • Update Service/SMS Alerts in ClientNet to direct to new Status page:
  • Update .NET Framework across ClientNet services.
  • Correction in Executive Summary Report: Executive Dashboard Threat Summary page and respective follow up page with new descriptions.
  • Correction in Email Delivery Troubleshooting Tool where it wouldn’t finish checks in certain use cases.
