On March 24, 2026 between 17:27 and 17:41 UTC, customers on the US infrastructure may have experienced login errors (new and existing sessions) when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal. As of 17:41 UTC, the portal service is fully restored and we continue to closely monitor the service.
Please note that no other Endpoint Security functionality was affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continued to protect devices it is installed on.
