Cloud SWG: Shared Web Isolation Service Maintenance June 16, 2024

Broadcom will perform maintenance on the shared Web Isolation service (High-Risk Isolation / FWI shared service) on June 16, 2024. During this maintenance event, the top-level domain of the service will be updated to "prod.fire.glass", instead of "wss.prod.fire.glass".
Timing
The maintenance window will run on June 16, 2024. All maintenance will occur between 15:00 and 19:00 UTC.
Impact
The activity only affects Cloud SWG customers who use the shared Web Isolation service (no impact on dedicated Web Isolation tenants).
Customers are advised to check their configuration for an explicit dependency on the old top-level domain.
During this maintenance event, end users might experience a degradation of service on isolated sessions.
