A fix has been applied and both environments are now accessible again. This issue has been moved to monitoring. More information will be provided as it becomes available.
We have identified the cause of the issue and working on a fix. We will provide updates as new information becomes available.
We are currently investigating an issue with the Automic SaaS Production-US-002 and Non-Production-US-002 not being available. Workloads are working however login to AWI is not working.
