Our Cloud Provider have identified the cause of the issue and have implemented a fix. We will now monitor the service for stability and provide updates as soon as new information becomes available.

Investigating

A subset of customers may experience intermittent connection timeouts due to Cloud provider network outages. Application and connector statuses may also intermittently change from On to Off and back.

We are actively investigating the issue and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
