DX SaaS Application Performance Management (APM) UI and Agent Issue

A fix has been implemented and we are monitoring the results.


We are aware of few customers provisioned on US infrastructure currently not able to access the Application Performance Management UI and experiencing greyed out agents in metric view.

We are currently investigating the cause of this issue and will provide updates as new information becomes available.
