Connectivity failures observed with Visa Directory Server
We observed failures for a subset of Visa EMV3DS transactions due to connectivity issues with the Directory Server (DS) between 0940 to 0946 GMT. 3DS 1.0.2 transactions and transactions from other schemes were not impacted.
A ticket has been opened with the Visa team to seek confirmation of problems with their service in that duration.
