On Friday, January 9th between 8:00pm - 9:00pm ET, we've planned a brief service interruption to your PathView Cloud service in order to perform unplanned critical maintenance. We apologize for the short notice period and appreciate your understanding.
The usual upgrade caveats will apply:
At times during this window you might not be able to log in. The interruption won't produce any gaps in PathView or FlowView monitoring. Advanced Voice Assessments and AppView Voice/Video Tests that are either scheduled to start or are running during this window will need to be restarted. Reports schedules will be paused during this window, so any reports scheduled to run at this time will be missed.
