VIP Application slowness and failures
We have monitored the service and confirmed the issue is now fully resolved. This incident shall now be closed.
On March 15, 2022 between 21:24 UTC and 21:32 UTC, some customers may have experienced application slowness and/or intermittent failures with VIP Service.
We identified and resolved the issue to restore service. We will monitor the service for stability and provide updates as new information becomes available.
