Symantec, a division of Broadcom, is performing emergency maintenance of Email Quarantine EMEA Infrastructure beginning March 15, 2022, starting at 16:30 UTC, for a duration of 8 hours. As part of this maintenance, we will be updating application certificates.

Impact During the maintenance period, Symantec Email Quarantine Portal https://eu.quarantine.symantec.com/ will not be available and emails directed to the quarantine will be queued. These emails will be delivered to the quarantine after the maintenance has been completed. Quarantine summary notifications/digest emails will then be resumed.

Email Security scanning and mail traffic delivery will not be interrupted and all other aspects of our services are expected to function as normal.
