Arcot for Issuers (AfI ) Service Degradation - Resolved
We observed a period of service degradation between 06:25 GMT and 06:40 GMT, 15 October 2020 where fewer than usual card holder transactions were received by Arcot for Issuers - ACS. The traffic resumed normal volume at 06:40 GMT with no changes made.
No further anomalies have been observed since and Arcot will share more details about the problem in due course.
