  • Summary: The Clarity SaaS team will be performing scheduled monthly maintenance activity as detailed in this notice.

  • Schedule: See start time and duration below

  • Service Availability: You will experience intermittent access to your non-production Clarity SaaS applications. Performance may be degraded during the duration of the maintenance. Production SFTP will not be available during the entire scheduled maintenance duration.

  • Impact: No functionality updates are being made during this maintenance.

  • Action Required: In order to minimize impact to your business processes, Broadcom recommends taking the following actions to your Production and Non-Production Clarity SaaS applications prior to the start of the maintenance:

    • Pause all scheduled Jobs, Interfaces, and Reports
    • Reschedule external integration jobs outside of the maintenance window

    After maintenance is complete:

    • Login to each of your impacted Clarity SaaS applications
    • Resume all paused schedules
