Arcot confirms that the earlier mentioned issue about availability of Transaction Manager admin console is now resolved.

Teams were able to take recovery measures to resolve the problem and with this update we confirm the incident stands resolved.

We have monitored the service for stability and this incident shall now be closed.

Investigating

Arcot confirms to have noticed an issue with availability of Transaction Manager admin console for Secure4 and Secure2. Teams have been engaged and are working on the recovery.

Impact: Arcot confirms that this is not impacting transaction processing for EMV3DS and is only impacting admin console availability for the above mentioned silo.
