We have applied a fix to the Log Download feature, customers will now receive the email containing the link to download the request logs as expected. This incident is resolved.
We have identified the underlying issue impacting the Log Download feature and are working to deploy a fix as soon as possible. EMEA and APJ customers continue to be impacted while we work to deploy the fix. We will provide additional updates as new information becomes available.
All other reporting services continue to work as expected.
