As of May 3rd, the IP addresses of several Cloud SWG endpoints have been changed. To ensure continued service operability, traffic destined for the following addresses should be allowed to egress from the corporate network.

  • Cloud SWG Portal (portal.threatpulse.com)
    • 34.49.9.67 (New IP Address)
  • Auth Connector (auth.threatpulse.com)
    • 34.160.229.36 (New IP Address)
  • Universal Policy Enforcement (sgapi.es.bluecoat.com)
    • 34.49.220.252 (New IP Address)
  • CASB (sync.threatpulse.com)
    • 34.128.154.232 (New IP Address)
  • System APIs (systemapi.threatpulse.com)
    • 34.107.195.163 (New IP Address)

Required Action

Please update your networking and firewall rules accordingly.

Impact

If your network does not allow outbound traffic to these new IP addresses some functional interoperability with Cloud SWG may be impacted.
