After stabilizing the Global Monitoring Points in the uswest region, and monitoring through the night, we have confirmed that the GMP issues here are resolved and are closing this incident.
Broadcom Engineering is continuing to keep an eye on the affected Global Monitoring Points. We have confirmed that the problem is not completely mitigated and are continuing to work through the issue.
We have identified that the fix did not address all Global Monitoring Points. We are investigating the issue and will post an update as we know more.
Having investigated the Global Monitoring Point disruption in the uswest region, we have confirmed that this affected a very small number of GMPs. We have implemented a fix and confirmed that all customer GMPs are operational. We will continue monitoring the state of these through the day before we close the incident.
Broadcom Engineering is aware of an issue with the Global Monitoring Points in the uswest region that may affect Monitoring Point connectivity. Our operations engineers are currently investigating this.
