Investigating

We are aware customers may be experiencing red banners appear when http://securitycloud.symantec.com/ URL is used to open the Cloud Portal . We are investigating this issue with the highest priority and will provide further updates as new information is discovered.

As a workaround, customers can instead use http://sep.securitycloud.symantec.com/ . Please note that no other Symantec Endpoint Security functionality is affected and the protection services provided by endpoints continues to protect devices it is installed on.
