We confirm that the transaction processing for 3DS 1.x and EMV3DS continues to be stable and our teams are continuing to monitor the transaction health closely. With this update we are closing this incident.

At this point we confirm that the EMV3DS transaction processing has been restored and 3DS 1.x transactions are getting processed as normal. Our teams are closely monitoring the transaction health and we shall get back to you with the next update by 0430 GMT.

Update

At this point we notice that the transaction processing for 3DS 1.x has been restored and our teams are currently working to restore transaction processing for EMV3DS. We shall get back to you with the next update by 0400 GMT.

Investigating

Arcot confirms that there has been an impact to 3DSecure transaction processing for both 3DS 1.x and EMV3DS transactions. Our internal team is working on resolving the problem on priority. We shall get back to you with the next update by 03:30 GMT.
