During this maintenance period Carbon Black Cloud - ProdSYD may be unavailable. All sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment. Any data sent to the Carbon Black Cloud backend during the maintenance period will be processed during maintenance or after maintenance completion.
Carbon Black Cloud, a division of Broadcom is performing maintenance in the Sydney (SYD) region on May 19, 2025, starting at 20:00 UTC, for a duration of 2 hours.
Impact
During this maintenance period, sensor communications will gradually transition from AWS to GCP. Communications will initially be
distributed across both AWS and GCP, with a complete shift to GCP by the end of this maintenance window.
All sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment.
