We would like to inform you of a recent service disruption impacting the DX O2 environment hosted on our US infrastructure between 20:15 UTC (1:15 PM PT) and 20:21 UTC (1:21 PM PT). Customers provisioned in this region may have experienced temporary data gaps, agent reconnections and intermittent UI loading issues.

The disruption was time-bound, and services have since stabilized. Our team is actively investigating the underlying cause to implement corrective and preventive measures. We will provide additional updates as more information becomes available, including a detailed root cause analysis once the investigation is complete.
