On February 9, 2023 between 00:46 and 01:06 UTC, customers of the following products may have experienced login errors when attempting to log into the Cloud Portal:

  • Cloud Workload Protection
  • Cloud Workload Protection for Storage
  • Cloud Workload Assurance

The cause of this issue has been addressed and the service is restored. No other aspect of the product was impacted during the incident.
