We can confirm that services have been restored and have not observed any drops in transaction volumes since 23:38 GMT.

Teams will continue to monitor transaction volume statistics and gather pertinent details to determine the root cause.

Monitoring

We continue to notice intermittent drops in incoming traffic impacting 3DS 1.0.2 and EMV3DS transactions. The last occurrence was observed during: 22:37 – 22:38 GMT However, during these observances, we are maintaining higher service levels with some impact on transactions compared to previous events. Our network team is engaged and actively analyzing incoming traffic patterns and making policy changes. We will provide our next update in 30 minutes.
