Arcot experienced latency while processing EMV 3DS transactions. Our internal teams were quick to respond and took the necessary recovery actions to restore the service and with this update, we confirm that the incident is resolved.

Arcot experiencing intermittent latency issues while processing EMV 3DS transactions. Our internal teams are engaged at this point who are investigating and also working on service recovery on priority.
Impact : Cardholders may experience some increased latency during the transaction authentication process. If 'Attempts' processing was not available for these transactions, it's possible that they may have been prompted for another payment method.
