On November 06, 2024, as part of an ongoing commitment to improve the quality of service, Email Security.cloud will be performing updates to infrastructure. The maintenance window will run from November 06, 2024, starting at 09:00 UTC with a completion date of November 07, 2024, at 23:00 UTC.
As part of these updates it will begin decommissioning infrastructure in it's Mumbai and Hyderabad data centers. Any customers affected by this will automatically be migrated to alternate infrastructure within the United States.
Impact
There is no need for customers to make changes to their configuration and all aspects of our service are expected to function as normal.
