Broadcom is performing a planned maintenance for the Messaging Gateway beginning September 23, 2026, starting at 09:00 UTC, and ending on September 25 at 18:30 UTC.
Impact
During the maintenance window customers may experience the following:
- Customers may receive Intermittent 5xx errors for the SMG Customer Specific Rules features and reports during the maintenance window.
- Intermittent disruption in registration service.
- Intermittent disruption in rule download requests.
- Intermittent disruption in posting consumer spam submission.
- Intermittent disruption in probe address addition
All other aspects of the product will work as expected during the maintenance window.
