Drop in Incoming transactions from MasterCard Directory Server

Arcot confirms that the earlier noticed issues with Mastercard Directory Server stands resolved as per our continuous monitoring. With this update we are closing the notification cadence.

Arcot confirms to have noticed significant recovery in Result Request (RReq) processing by Mastercard and continues to stay engaged with Mastercard for further updates. Arcot also confirms that during the incident duration, the VISA card transactions originating from Mastercard 3DS Server (merchant) were also impacted, due to the Result Response (RRes) dependency on the 3DS Server. We are continuing to monitor transaction health closely and please expect the next update by 12:30 HRS GMT.

Arcot continues to stay engaged with Mastercard on their recovery updates. At this point we confirm that a certain percentage of EMV 3DS transactions continue to fail to due Result Request (RReq) errors from Mastercard side. We shall get back to you with the next update by 12:00 HRS GMT.

Arcot confirms that the Mastercard are continuing to work on recovery measures and their teams are engaged on high priority. Please expect the next update by 11:00 GMT.

Mastercard Securecode is experiencing an issue at this point and their teams are working to resolve the same. Arcot continues to stay engaged with MasterCard on further updates on service recovery.
