Update:

There has been a change in the maintenance schedule and customer impact. This maintenance will now start on July 28, 2023 at 22:00 UTC for a duration of 1 hour. In addition to the previously communicated customer impact, there will be delay in alert and incident creation during the maintenance window.

Broadcom is performing scheduled maintenance for its backend infrastructure and databases on July 21, 2023, starting at 22:00 UTC, for a duration of 1 hour.

Impact

• During the maintenance window, the Symantec Endpoint Security Console will be unavailable with users redirected to a maintenance page.
• Endpoints will remain protected during this maintenance period.
• Public APIs will be impacted during the maintenance except the Event and Threat Intel APIs documented under SES API Docs.
• There will be delay in alert and incident creation
