ENDPOINT STANDARD - JAPAN Scheduled Maintenance: Inventory Search Optimization

The scheduled maintenance has been completed.


Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.


Maintenance will begin as scheduled in 60 minutes.


Beginning: 22-JAN-2024, 9:00 AM ET Ending: 22-JAN-2024, 11:00 AM ET

During our regular maintenance period, an enhancement will be applied to the Inventory search to optimize the data indexing processes and allow for better search capabilities.

While the maintenance is in progress, the following capabilities may be impacted:

  • Live Response may be unavailable
  • Ability to "Take Action" will be unaffected (though status updates may be delayed) with the following exceptions which will be unavailable: Assign Policy, Uninstall Sensors, Delete Deregistered Assets
  • Inventory Search / Facet / Export functionalities - data will be displayed with a delay
  • Potential delays in Asset Group Membership

Any changes or updates to Asset / Device data will not be applied until the maintenance is completed. Event and Alert data will continue to be processed as normal. All sensors will continue to monitor and prevent threats in your environment during the maintenance.
